“Coaching is a relationship with a client where a coach supports, collaborates
with, and facilitates client learning by helping a client to identify and achieve future goals through
assessment, discovery, reflection, goal setting, and strategic action.”
Parent Coaching helps parents find lasting solutions to everyday challenges by building on their strengths and skills to help their families thrive. Like a sports coach, I work with you to set goals and guide you toward achieving them.
Using the PCI Coaching Model™, we focus on the strengths of both you and your child, creating positive changes for growth and success. This approach combines research on family systems, brain-based parenting, and environmental factors to offer effective solutions for modern families.
Every family faces challenges. As your Parent Coach, I can help you by:
Supporting critical decisions about parenting and family life.
Helping balance parenting responsibilities with self-care.
Sharing research-based strategies to make daily life easier.
Guiding you through screen time management and media influences.
Offering support during separation or divorce.
Aligning your strengths with your partner’s to tackle challenges together.
Helping you stay true to your parenting goals, even when life feels overwhelming.
In our sessions, you’ll find a warm and supportive space to explore your family’s strengths. I’ll ask questions to inspire new ideas and share practical resources. Together, we’ll create positive changes to benefit your whole family.

Focusing on emotional well-being and self-care during this time.
